I believe Yin Yoga can be a great to for Stress and Anxiety Relief.
Having gone through many periods of anxiety, Yin Yoga is always the tool I go back to when I need a break. It gives us time to feel, to be ourselves and generally to just be. We are “human beings”, not “human doings”. Yet, we live our lives always trying to do more, achieve more, have more, earn more etc..
This is why I have decided to film a FREE Yin Yoga class to relief stress and anxiety and share it with as many people as possible. I wanted it to be accessible and easily practiced. So all you need is a bolster, and even if you do not have one you can use a couple of big pillows. You can even practice it in bed!
