I was incredibly humbled by the fact that Melissa took one of my classes and moved by her kind words about it:

“Beatrice is a yoga teacher and a clinical massage therapist living in the UK. She helps people manage pain, stress and anxiety through gentle movement, meditation, self massage and she teaches yin yoga, gentle hatha, meditation and yoga nidra. Bea uploads new classes every Thursday.

I love Bea’s well planned classes. For this video I practiced her yin yoga for the front body: https://youtu.be/E7j7H6yT-zE

I enjoyed every minute of this class from the supported bridges with the blocks to begin and end to everything in between. I appreciated the modification in broken wing pose and I loved the way Bea moved the blocks back in dragon pose to open up the chest. That really allowed me to breath with more ease and open the sensation down through my psoas and into my quadricep.”

Melissa has been a yoga teacher since 2002 and she is a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. She has a wealth of experience both in person and online. You can find her videos here: https://www.youtube.com/user/DrMelissaWest

Matt Dupuis is a certified Yin Yoga teacher and shares weekly videos on his YouTube Channel, Yoga with Matt: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfKzakbs3f_MpWBmQq8hUFg
