Finally announcing my new yoga class at Bandana Health and Fitness.
I will be facilitating this class every Saturday; it will be a combination of flow, long-held yin postures and a long guided relaxation.
We will begin with a flow, to warm up and loosen up, continue with yin poses to get deeper down into the fascia, connective tissues and joins and help them maintain and build strength. We will finish with a long Savasana to keep our mind in a relaxed state and start the weekend on the best possible note.
